Purification of Mind and Body
Rise early in the morning and greet the rising Sun, fill yourself with Joy and give yourself gratitude to the Universal Creator.Feel the vibrancy and fecundity power of the Universal Energy and free yourself with all defilements.Breathed in with the breath of heaven and Earth.Next breathed in with the Sun, stars and the ...Moon.Blend yourself with the ebb and tide of the vast ocean.Extend your mind to the infinity and be clear as the bright sky, wide as the vast ocean and free as the peak of the mountain.Return yourself to the Divine.
